Thank you for shopping with Napilux! All orders are processed and shipped by our suppliers, which means delivery times may vary. Typical shipping times are 5–15 business days, but delays can occasionally occur. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. All payments are processed through PayPal, which ensures secure transactions.

Please note: As a start-up, Napilux is not yet registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). We are committed to growing responsibly and providing the best experience possible for our customers.
